Set up your profile on SAP Store

Time is a precious asset and we know this. That is why registering with the SAP Store is so convenient for you. Within a few mouse clicks you can enjoy the SAP Store experience to the fullest: you can easily download and acquire software to evaluate or to consume and you automatically become a member of the entire SAP family: one log-in works for almost all of SAP's web assets, like www.sap.com, SAP communities, and many more.

Your name and e-mail address are required to register. You can register by clicking "Login / Register" or during check-out for all applicable solutions.

There are four different buying options on the SAP Store. Please take a few minutes to read our short description, so you can decide better which is the best option for you:

SAP Store Guest

As a guest user you do not need to register with the SAP Store. Simply select the product you want and check-out paying via credit card.

SAP Store Registered User

As a registered user you can purchase your products even faster. Select the product you want and the system will already know who you are.

  • "My Account" capabilities: track your order history and maintain your profile
  • Faster check-out thanks to known user information
  • Buying and general user history available
  • Only products with credit card payment are available to this user. A list of these products can be found here: Explore all solutions

If you are new to SAP, simply click on the "Login" button and register, it is a two minutes process. Once you have an SAP Store user ID, this can be used for all SAP properties.

If you are already have an SAP user ID, simply login with your SAP P- or S-user and you will be able to start your SAP store experience.

SAP Store Buyer

As an SAP Store Buyer you can buy any product from the SAP Store and you can select your preferred payment option.

  • "My Account" capabilities: track your order history and maintain your profile
  • Faster check-out thanks to known user information
  • Buying and general user history available
  • All products can be purchased
  • Choice between three payment methods: credit card, invoice, or PayPal (for partner solutions)
  • Selection of invoice and software recipients available.

In Order to get an SAP Store Buyer permission, you need to be invited by one of your company's SAP Store Super Buyers. This person serves as "SAP Store administrator", representing your company. Usually, it will be someone from your IT or procurement department.

SAP Store Super Buyer

As an SAP Store Super Buyer you can buy any product from the SAP Store, select your preferred payment option, and add or remove users and their buying rights within your company. If you do not have a Super Buyer, please create a "Service Request" or write tostore.admin@sap.com.

Buy

Get a trial access to products on SAP Store

Not sure if a product is the right thing for you? Look for our trial versions on the SAP Store! For many of our products a trial version is available, for example our Crystal products. Simply click on the "Trial" button on the product page and enjoy free usage for a limited time period without further commitments. In order to do that, you simply need to register as a user.

Soon after registration you will receive an e-mail with credentials to either download the trial or to access it in the cloud. Evaluate and test the product to make sure it meets your business needs. You can then easily convert the trial to a full version without any major effort on your behalf - simply complete your purchase. The license key or full system access will be given to you soon afterwards.

Buy products on SAP Store as Guest Enterprise Buyer

Find, buy, deploy - purchasing at SAP has never been easier! You only need three steps to own and use an SAP product now. You don't even need to register or remember log-in details. As a guest user you can buy the product you need and check-out via credit card within a few clicks. Here is a list of products that are immediately available to you: Explore all solutions

Interested in the more extensive product portfolio? As a verified buyer there are no limits to the products you can purchase from the SAP Store - via credit card or invoice, you can choose! Apply here and an SAP Sales executive will contact you. You user will then be upgraded to an SAP Store verified buyer and the full portfolio of the SAP Store will be at your reach!

During checkout, you are asked to accept the end-user buy (in case of company purchase). Depending on your contractual relationship and the solutions in your shopping cart, payment can be performed by invoice, credit card, or PayPal. Promotions and other discounts, as well as taxes, are calculated during checkout.

Upon submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and the order will be visible.

The majority of products on SAP Store are available for purchase. At the level of each product, you can select alternative avenues to get more information, request access to a trial, or engage with the product owner to get a quote. Please select "Contact Me" at the product level for all such requests.

Deploy

Get access to products purchased on SAP Store.

Found the product that fulfills your high demands? Now it's time to deploy your new acquisition. There are two ways of doing that:

  • For non-Cloud products: After your order is booked, you will receive two e-mails. One e-mail contains the link to download the software. The other e-mail provides you with the license key, which you will need for installing the software.
  • For Cloud products: After your order is booked, you will receive two e-mails. One e-mail contains your access credentials to the cloud system. The other e-mails provides you with access rights to the Service Marketplace www.service.sap.com - this is the place where you can get product and customer support if needed. If you already have a valid SAP S-user, you will not receive this e-mail anymore.
SAP Store features products from SAP partners. You can find these products simply by searching for the partner name, or filter for the product provider.
